  Real rating Zero. If I could score 0 stars I would. Ordered gear instore to be sent to my home address as they did not have my size. Returned two items as they sent the wrong sizes. Eventually got acknowledgement that the items had been received (at least I got that, the only time anyone answered the phone). Then nothing. Phone not answered. Emails returned by mailer daemon as undeliverable. No refund in bank. Now four weeks and no refund. Small claims court next and I'll be telling Paramo they might like to remove this place as one of their suppliers. The manager's name is Alex by the way. Avoid him and Mountain Leisure/Supplies like the plague. They are at it. Addition: Almost a year on still no refund.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were only too happy to help. Great selection of products. Came in looking for a good pair of climbing boots and rucksack and left one extremely happy customer!
