  Christine is by no means our first pilates Teacher but she is by far the best to date.Fiona and I are 2 of her older clients,being in our 80's and the quality of teaching she gives us is excellent.Christine realised we need the kind of tuition that would help to keep us mobile and active.All our lessons are specifically planned and designed.They are not standard repeats,she asks how we feel and then plans our session to address what would be most suitable for us.Without doubt we can not praise her enough,she is simply great.A pleasure to visit.
